About Raíz Heritage Memberships

Raíz Heritage memberships provide ongoing access to heritage oils, education, community, and cultural preservation initiatives.
Memberships are designed as a continuation, not a requirement, and are offered only after customers have had the opportunity to experience our products firsthand.

Free Trial Period (If Applicable)

If your membership includes a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends.

You may cancel your membership at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.

Once the trial period ends and billing begins, the membership is considered active.

Membership Charges

  • Membership fees are billed automatically at the interval selected during enrollment (monthly, seasonal, or otherwise).

  • By enrolling, you authorize Raíz Heritage to charge your payment method on file until the membership is canceled.

Refund Policy for Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

Because memberships provide:

  • Immediate access to digital content

  • Community spaces

  • Educational materials

  • Allocation of limited heritage resources

We are unable to issue refunds for:

  • Membership fees already charged

  • Partially used billing periods

  • Missed cancellation deadlines

This policy applies regardless of usage.

How to Cancel Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle:

  • Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date

Once canceled:

  • You will retain access to membership benefits until the end of the current billing period

  • No further charges will occur

Skipping or Pausing (If Offered)

Some memberships may allow you to:

  • Skip shipments

  • Pause billing

  • Adjust delivery frequency

If available, these options can be managed directly in your account portal and must be completed before the billing cutoff date.

Physical Products Included With Memberships

If your membership includes physical product shipments:

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

  • Physical items shipped as part of a membership are not eligible for refunds

  • Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost (see below)

Damaged or Incorrect Membership Shipments

If you receive a membership shipment that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement where appropriate.

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, digital memberships and subscriptions are subject to EU consumer protection laws.

By enrolling and accessing digital membership content, you acknowledge and consent to immediate access, which may waive the right to withdrawal once access begins.

Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

  • Managing their subscription

  • Keeping payment information up to date

  • Canceling or modifying memberships before billing dates

Failure to manage an account does not qualify for refunds.
